Running a live slideshow without surprises
Set the screen up before guests arrive and leave it running. The slideshow shows a QR code in the corner, so the screen itself becomes the invitation to share; you don’t need a separate sign next to it.
Keep approval on for anything bigger than a small gathering and give one person the job of approving photos on their phone. Approved photos reach the screen within a few seconds. If the venue Wi-Fi is unreliable, connect the display laptop by cable or a phone hotspot.
