1. Agreement to These Terms

Cloudivex LLC, doing business as ImageAlbums, provides online photo album creation, hosting and sharing tools. By using ImageAlbums, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with these terms, do not create, publish, manage or view albums through the service.

2. Accounts and Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use ImageAlbums.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information.
• You are responsible for keeping your password and account access secure.
• If you use Google sign-in, your use of Google services is also subject to Google's own terms and policies.

3. Your Content and Our Limited License

You keep ownership of the photos, captions, text, links and other content you upload. Uploading content to ImageAlbums does not transfer your copyright to us.

You give ImageAlbums a limited permission to host, store, copy, resize, display and transmit your content only as needed to provide, secure, support and improve the service. This permission ends when your content is deleted, except where backup, legal or security retention reasonably applies.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload and share the content you publish.

4. Album Links and Public Sharing

Albums are designed to be shared by link. Anyone who receives a public album link may be able to view that album. Do not publish private, sensitive or confidential photos unless you are comfortable with the people who receive the link seeing them.

Visitors can view published albums without access to your dashboard or other account areas.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use ImageAlbums to upload, publish, link to or promote content that:

• Violates copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other legal rights.
• Contains non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual content involving minors, exploitation or illegal material.
• Harasses, threatens, doxxes or targets another person.
• Promotes hate, violence, self-harm, fraud, phishing, malware or spam.
• Attempts to bypass security, overload the service, scrape data or misuse accounts.

6. Guest Album Lifespan

You can create an album without signing in. Guest albums remain active for 10 calendar days. If you register during that period, the guest album can be claimed by your account. If you do not claim it, the album is archived and hidden from public view.

Reactivation of an archived guest album may require support review and may not always be available.

7. Abuse, Copyright and Content Removal

If you believe an album violates your rights or our rules, use the report page or email us. We may review the report, contact the album owner, archive the album, delete the album or take other action we consider appropriate.

Copyright notices should include enough detail for us to identify the work, the reported album and your authority to act.

8. Service Availability and Changes

We may change, pause or discontinue features as the product evolves. We try to keep ImageAlbums reliable, but we cannot promise uninterrupted availability or that every feature will always work in every environment.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

ImageAlbums is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted or suitable for every purpose.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, ImageAlbums is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost data, lost profits, service interruptions, expired guest albums or unauthorized access caused by your sharing of account credentials or album links.

10. Governing Law and Contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, except where local consumer protection laws require otherwise.
