Your photos remain yours
Uploading an image does not transfer your copyright to ImageAlbums.
Share only what you may use
Do not upload unlawful or harmful content, or work you do not have permission to publish.
Guest albums last 10 days
A guest album is archived if its creator does not complete registration in time.
1. Acceptance of Terms
At Cloudivex LLC, operating as ImageAlbums ("Platform", "Service", "we", "us"), we provide online photo album creation and gallery publishing tools. By accessing, creating, publishing, or viewing photo albums on ImageAlbums, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
2. User Eligibility & Account Credentials
You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age of consent in your jurisdiction) to use ImageAlbums. Guest users may create photo albums without registration. Registered users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account password and access tokens.
3. Content Ownership & License
Creators retain 100% full copyright ownership of all photographs and media uploaded to ImageAlbums. By uploading content, you grant ImageAlbums permission solely to display and present your photos on your album page.
4. Prohibited Content & Safety
You agree NOT to upload or share any photo media that:
- Infringes on copyright or intellectual property rights of others.
- Contains illegal, non-consensual, adult, or harmful material.
- Promotes hate speech, harassment, or dangerous activity.
- Includes spam, scams, or misleading links.
5. Guest Album Lifespan & Archival
Photo albums created without logging into a registered account are assigned a 10-calendar-day active lifespan. Registration during that period claims the album for the new account. After 10 days, unclaimed guest albums enter an archived state and reactivation requires support review and approval.
6. Account Termination & Content Removal
ImageAlbums reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts, remove public photo albums, or revoke edit access at our sole discretion without prior notice if content violates our safety policies.
7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. ImageAlbums shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from lost access tokens, expired guest albums, or service interruptions.
