1. Information We Collect

Cloudivex LLC operates ImageAlbums. We collect the information needed to create, display and protect albums, including:

Uploaded Photos: High-resolution digital photographs uploaded to your personal galleries.
Account Information: Name, email address, and secure password for registered members.
Technical Information: Basic device information (like screen size and browser type) to display galleries correctly.

2. How We Use Information

We use collected information solely to generate your public photo galleries, render lightboxes, provide creator analytics, process user support requests, and prevent security abuse.

3. Guest Album Data Retention

Photo albums created without logging into an account remain active for 10 calendar days. A secure, HTTP-only claim token links the album to an account when registration is completed. After 10 days, unclaimed guest albums automatically enter an archived state and their content is hidden.

4. Security & Privacy Protection

All photos and data are fully encrypted both in transit and in storage using bank-grade security protection. All databases are hosted in secure servers with strict access limits.

5. Essential Cookies

We use small essential security cookies solely to keep registered users signed in securely. We never use intrusive advertising tracking cookies or sell visitor behavior data.

6. Your GDPR & CCPA Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you hold legal privacy rights including:

Right to Access & Portability: Request copies of your personal data and photo assets.
Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten"): Request permanent deletion of your account and albums.
Right to Rectification: Update inaccurate account details anytime via your dashboard settings.
