Nothing to install
Guests scan a QR code or tap a link and pick photos from their camera roll. iPhone photos are converted automatically, and location data is removed.
No app. No sign-up.
Every guest takes photos you never get to see. Give them one link or QR code and they can add those photos to your album from their phone’s browser, while you decide what appears.
Every part of the story
A good album follows the shape of the day. Use these as a starting point for choosing and ordering your photos.
A practical guide
Most guests mean to send their photos and never do. Asking during the event works far better than asking afterwards: a QR code on each table, a line in the welcome speech and a live slideshow on a screen remind people while the phones are still in their hands.
Keep the barrier low. Guests shouldn’t need an app, an account or a password they can’t remember. Let them add a name so you know who took what, but don’t require it. Turn approval on, so you can share the album with confidence, and switch it off only for small groups you trust.
After the event, leave uploads open for a week or two for the late senders, then close them. The album stays online, and approved photos stay visible.
Why ImageAlbums
Your album opens in any browser, looks right on phones and stays out of search engines unless you choose otherwise.
Guests scan a QR code or tap a link and pick photos from their camera roll. iPhone photos are converted automatically, and location data is removed.
New photos wait in your dashboard until you approve them. Hide or delete anything later, and close uploads when the event is over.
Approved photos sit beside your own in a designed album. Download every photo as one ZIP file whenever you like.
How it works
Choose a template, add the event details and a few photos of your own. A free account lets you review guest uploads.
In Privacy and access, switch on “Let guests add photos”. Approval is on by default.
Print table cards in your album’s style or send the upload link in your group chat. Approve photos as they arrive.
